Right of withdrawal:
Customers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This only applies to unused, undamaged and originally packaged goods.
No right of withdrawal for custom-made or personalized orders:
There is no right of withdrawal for products that have been produced in individualized form (e.g. with personalized text, logo or custom-made products) at the customer's request. With such special orders, withdrawal from the contract is excluded as soon as production has begun.
Quantity discount and returns:
In the case of orders with a quantity discount (e.g. 3 or more items), partial withdrawal of individual items from the order is excluded if the discount applies to the entire order. Returns are only possible in full if the right of withdrawal applies.
Return costs:
