Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, services, and sales by MB Vision, both through the online shop and photographic services, including workshops and custom projects. They are valid for the following domains:

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

- Bank transfer

- TWINT
- Credit Card

- PayPal

Shipping

- Standard shipping within Switzerland only.

- International services (e.g., photo shoots) available upon request.

- Delivered via Swiss Post. Express or insured shipping available only upon request and additional fee.

- Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

General: Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days for unused, undamaged, and originally packaged goods.

No right of withdrawal for:

- Customized or personalized products (e.g., with logo or individual text)

- Clothing, printed products, drone accessories, electronic goods, and software

- Digital workshops or video courses after access/download

- Partial withdrawal for discounted bulk purchases – only complete returns possible

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless incorrect or defective goods were delivered.

Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of returned goods, minus shipping costs.

Photographic Services (incl. Workshops)

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., accident, illness), the photographer waives the fee.

Administrative or organizational services already provided upon customer request will be charged.

If the photographer is unable to execute the assignment or deliver photos within 12 weeks due to force majeure, the customer waives the right to compensation. Any prepayment will be refunded promptly.

MB Vision will help to find a suitable replacement photographer. Additional costs are borne by the client.

If the client cancels before the photo session (with agreement of the photographer), 75% of the agreed fee is payable as a cancellation fee.

No delivery or editing of raw data (RAW files). Any violation will lead to usage ban and contractual penalty.

Image Rights and Use

Photographer:

- MB Vision retains copyright on all created images.

- Images may be published for self-promotion only with the customer’s consent (written or verbal).

Customer:

- Private use of images is permitted.

- Social media posting is allowed only with credit or tag of MB Vision.

- Commercial use (e.g., advertising) only with written permission.

Data Protection

Final Provisions

These terms apply to all domains listed above. Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of MB Vision.

In case of doubt or conflict, the German version of these Terms shall prevail.
